At Ozi Alloy Trailers, we pride ourselves on delivering affordable alloy trailers that will not only last but will also enhance your boating experience.

Ozi Alloy Trailers are built with:

  • Traditional leaf spring suspension & mechanical brakes as standard
  • Hydraulic brakes on trailers over 2,200kg ATM
  • Stainless steel 316 nuts & bolts with stainless U-bolts
  • Duralac used to separate the galvanised spring suspension angle and alloy I beam, and also the coupling from the alloy draw bar

We can build trailers up to 9.3m long (typically for monohull boats up to 28ft / 8.5m) , ATM 4,500kg, tare weight 900kg, which will carry a payload of 3,600kg.

Ozi Alloy Trailers offer:

  • Alloy roller spindles in centre keel alloy ladder rack (no rusting or swelling!)
  • Alloy bunks with a bend, alloy brackets that swivel to the shape of the boat’s hull for maximum support
  • Heavy duty HDPE C channel as guide self-centre brackets to keep the boat entered (less steel on the trailer)
